I’m Ollie.
I help visionary founders give shape to their ideas, fulfil their potential and build businesses that live up to their ambition.
My background brings together strategy, finance, venture development and hands-on operations. I helped design, launch and manage KPMG’s Vancouver Ignition Centre, then founded WePollinate Consulting, working across strategy, regenerative agriculture and emerging ventures.
Moving from consulting into sustained COO leadership has given me experience with the daily decisions that determine whether a strategy succeeds: people, cash, customers and delivery. I bring that perspective into a close working partnership with each founder.
We work with businesses across Greater Vancouver, Whistler, Squamish, the Sunshine Coast and the Okanagan. I’m particularly drawn to businesses creating lasting value for their communities and the environment.
